State-owned petroleum refining company Indian Oil today said that it will be setting up 10,000 EV charging stations over the next three years. “We will be setting up 10,000 EV charging stations in the next three years," SM Vaidya, Chairman, Indian Oil Corporation said. The company, which is currently into the production and distribution of fuels like petrol, diesel & LPG, looks to target the developing electric vehicle (EV) ecosystem in India. They have a target to set up 2000 EV charging stations in the next 12 months itself.
